Loecher and Toftey Receive Awards at Clarion Partnership for Growth Annual Meeting.

(Clarion, Iowa)- Les Loecher and Susan Toftey, employees of First Citizens National Bank in Clarion, were honored recently at the Clarion Partnership for Growth Annual Meeting.

Loecher, Community Bank President of First Citizens National Bank, received the Long Term Service Award. He has served on many boards and committees, and most recently chaired the 2006 School Bond issue committee and the Library Expansion committee. He is a member of the Partnership for Growth board and Treasurer of the Clarion Lions Club.

Toftey, Assistant Vice President and Retail Banking Supervisor at First Citizens National Bank, received the ABC (Above and Beyond the Call) Award. She has served as chairperson of the Festival in the Park the past three years, continuing to serve in 2006 when no other volunteers came forward.
