Paul Attends Club Peer Group Meeting

Mason City, Iowa - Patty Paul of First Citizens National Bank recently participated in the four-day annual meeting of the Heritage Clubs International Peer Group meeting in Quebec, Canada. Paul, Heritage Club Coordinator with First Citizens National Bank, attended educational presentations on leadership, customer service, marketing, travel planning, and other aspects of bank club management. The meeting took place at the Hotel Loews Le Concorde, overlooking the Saint Lawrence Seaway, in the historic City of Quebec March 17-20, 2004. First Citizens National Bank’s Heritage Club was the founding member of Heritage Club International. The Heritage Club began in 1980. Across the nation, 220 community banks are members of Heritage Club International. Patty Paul has been a Heritage Club coordinator at First Citizens National Bank since 1995. The Heritage Club offers customers over the age of 55 discounts on bank products and services, social events and travel opportunities upon membership.
