Promotions Announced - April 8, 2004
(Mason City, Iowa)- First Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce
the following promotions:
Bob Wilwert, current president for the Clarion region, has accepted the
position of President of Branch Management. He will be located in the
Mason City West office. Wilwert has been in banking for 23 years and has
been with First Citizens National Bank for the past 17 years. Wilwert
graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture
Business. Bob, his wife Cindy, and their two daughters Amanda and Nicole,
will be relocating to Mason City. Wilwert is involved in many parts of his
community, including: Clarion-Goldfield Community School Board
(Treasurer), Playground Fundraising Committee, Industrial Park Fundraising
Committee, St. John’s Catholic Church Board of Education (President),
Clarion Ruritans, Industrial and Business Retention and Recruitment
Committee, and the Financial Advisory Committee for the Heartland Museum
Foundation, Inc. Wilwert will begin his new responsibilities on June 1,
2004.
Les Loecher, commercial and agricultural loan officer in Clarion, has
accepted the position of Community Bank President of the Clarion office.
Loecher has been in banking and finance for 29 years and has been with
First Citizens National Bank for the past 15 years. Loecher graduated from
the University of Minnesota with a degree in Agriculture Business. Loecher
and his wife Nancy live in Clarion. Their family includes sons Matthew and
Ryan, daughter-in-law Tamara, and one grandchild, Nathan. Loecher is a
board member of the Clarion Community Development Commission and is a
member of various service organizations and committees. Loecher will
formally take over the position on June 1, 2004.
Jane Larson, currently the lead personal banking officer in the Mason
City West office, has accepted the position of Retail Banking Supervisor
in Charles City. Jane has been in banking for 25 years and has been with
First Citizens National Bank for the past 16 years, working in both the
Mason City and Charles City offices. Larson graduated from NIACC with an
AA degree, then went on to graduate from Buena Vista University with a
degree in Banking and Finance. Larson and her husband Daryl live in Nora
Springs. They have two children, Eric and Laura. Larson is involved in
many organizations in her community, including: Floyd County 4-H Committee
(Vice President), Zion Lutheran Church (Treasurer), Floyd County Farm
Safety and Day Camp Planning Committee, Warrior Booster Club, and Rockford
FFA (Honorary Member). Larson will begin her new position on April 19,
2004.
