Rodamaker, President of First Citizens National Bank, attended the
Independent Community Bankers of America’s annual Joint Committee
Meetings, held recently at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Nearly 380 bank
executives from almost every state in the nation, acting as advisors
on various committees, made their way to Washington to participate
in the four-day meeting. ICBA leadership discussed issues facing the
community banking industry.
While in Washington,
Rodamaker met with Sen. Tom Harkin, Sen. Charles Grassley and Rep.
Tom Latham to share views on banking in Iowa , and issues that
affect First Citizens National Bank customers.
ICBA represents the
largest constituency of community banks in the nation and is
